A ruling by Brazil’s High Court of Justice late last month could change that because it decided the “vanishing spray for sports fields” made by 9.15 Fair Play Limit — as in 9.15 meters, or 10 yards to those who prefer acres, pints and pounds — is indeed the original and world football’s governing body FIFA has been infringing its patent.
