Barcelona votes no-go on Olympics do-over

While the 1992 Games are still hailed as one of the most successful ever and despite being considered for its logistical advantages, past experience and marquee location, the Spanish city declined to repeat as host as it currently faces the pressing challenges of tourist massification.
